All practice periods include sitting and walking meditation (zazen and kinhin) and brief chanting service.
Dharma talks are given on Sunday and Thursday evenings, as well as Tuesday mornings.
Dokusan (individual meeting with a teacher) is offered every Tuesday evening and Friday morning.
The Zoom meeting opens 15 minutes before each practice period starts, at 6:45. You may join the meeting at any time. If this is your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early so you can introduce yourself and we can answer any questions you may have.
