Mondays from June 10 to June 24, 2013. In this class, we will learn or rediscover basic Zen meditation practices, engage with each other in structured dialogue and group discussions and use traditional Zen koan study as a basis for weekly assignments encouraging us to live with more awareness.
In this retreat we will intimately study the teachings of the mountains and rivers by weaving together the practice of Zen meditation and the practice of being in wilderness.
No sittings or other activities will be held on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, nor on Tuesday and Thursday evening. The regular schedule will resume on Sunday evening.
